How do you complete “Ciao bell'uomo, come stai oggi, buongiorno signore, sono Jennifer Rose Louis, come ti chiami”?

The phrase, realistically, ought to be: “Ciao, come stai? Mi chiamo Jennifer Rose; (tu) come ti chiami?”.

The phrase seems complete to me, but I’ve never heard anybody using the expression “Bell’uomo”, Italian women just would not say that and it’s also unlikely that women approach men, it’s usually the other way round because of social mores. “Oggi” is redundant; “Come stai?” implies “oggi”. And nobody gives their surname in such an informal meeting, “Mi chiamo Jennifer Rose” is enough for that first exchange.

It’s a woman introducing herself to a man, the question is complete and it just requires an answer before adding more and going further, an answer like: “Ciao, mi chiamo Giovanni; piacere di conoscerti” or something along those lines.

How do so-called Religious/Christian people really think homosexuality is even a sin? That would be nonsense. In fact, LGBT people need love instead of contempt/hatred. The word Homosexual didn't appear until the 1850s.
